Fish

Once upon a time there there was a fish named Buddy. He was a very small fish won at VBS. The owner of the fish was not a very good owner, (I was not the owner thank you very much) so the mother ended up taking care of the fish. Once when the mother was finishing up cleaning the tank/bowl, she went to put the fish back in the bowl, but the fish's dorsal fin got caught in the net. The mother, after trying to shake the fish off in the water, (you should have seen the look of terror on that fish's face) had to push the net against the the bowl, get a spoon and pry the fish's dorsal fin out of the net(in the process of freeing him, part of the dorsal fin came off). That is one of many funny stories about our fishes with nine lives (more to come later).
